Shipping Policies

DISCREET PACKAGING & SHIPPING LABEL

Redbud Soil Company ships all orders in plain packaging & with a generic label. We use plain brown boxes (we do recycle to save waste, so sometimes they aren't new), and or ship in plain USPS boxes. All labels, no matter what type box, will NOT have the name Redbud Soil Company on it.

Redbud Soil Company does Not guarantee a delivery date on any order. Typically we get orders out fast, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen. For this reason we do Not guarantee any ship dates, or delivery dates.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We ship orders daily, and being centrally located means your order will get to you faster.

How Fast Do you ship?

We typically ship orders out within 2-3 business days. Unforeseen circumstances can, and do happen, for these reason we do Not guarantee a ship date. Holidays, weekends, etc. can slow ship time. We ship orders weekdays, Monday through Friday.

What if it breaks in shipping?

All items are OBVIOUSLY sent in new working order. If for some reason your items arrive cracked/broken/damaged in any way you must fill out a Return Authorization Form within 48 ours of receipt. The item MUST be unused! Once you have used the item we are not liable in any way for breakage.

In some cases we may request you send the broken item back for closer inspection. This is to help fight fraudulent liars. Please don't try to scam us.

We will replace the broken item with the same, and or similar item in most cases.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact support via email. If you do not want your package resent we will offer you a full refund on the product only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
