Dipping incoming plant stock is a very important IPM step. You should always treat any incoming plant stock as if it is infested with anything and everything. Dipping in Suffoil-x is a good first step for incoming clones, but a comprehensive program should be put in place to help mitigate any issues you could see with bringing in outside plant stock.
